Salt Lake Tribune Names Savage a Winner of the Wasatch Front Top Workplaces 2023 Award

October 29, 2023 — Savage has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by Salt Lake Tribune Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, among others.

“We appreciate being recognized as a Top Workplace in Utah and thank our Team Members for their ongoing dedication to building a strong culture of teamwork, safety and inclusivity,” said Jeff Kirkham, Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Savage. “Our goal is to be the best place to work at all our locations around the world, and to make sure we’re providing an amazing experience for every Team Member where they feel valued and can grow with us.”

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
